Mentor Interest Form

The City of Huntsville Parks & Recreation has launched a mentorship program for boys, ages 7-17. Through a series of monthly events, the program aims to give boys the tools they need to realize their full potential. Adult males, ages 18 and up, are needed to serve as role models and helpers. Interested applicants are asked to complete this brief form. A member of the City of Huntsville Parks and Recreation staff will follow up with you.
