Volunteer or Organization agrees to the following requirements. (Must check all boxes for application to be considered)

Perform litter cleanups at the adopted location for a duration of at least one year. Adopters may renew this agreement every year.

Perform a litter cleanup at the adopted location at least every two months, six cleanups per year. Monthly cleanups preferred.

Pick up supplies during the designated supply pick up times, Monday- Friday, between 7 a.m. and 3:30 p.m..

Call 256-532-5326 for litter pick-up, if needed.

Conduct cleanups in compliance with Green Team safety procedures and inform participants on safety guidelines before each cleanup.

Please check boxes to acknowledge agreement to terms:

Green Team may recognize the volunteer or organization on the city’s website or through other media outlets. Green Team Adopt-A-Spot signage may also be available. To be recognized, the volunteer or organization must complete at least two cleanups and log results into the volunteer portal.
